Shannon Liebel

Bio
Shannon integrates mind, body, and soul in her teaching, drawing on her experience as an elite gymnast and 20 years of personal yoga practice. She mindfully sequences classes to help strengthen and release the body, and cultivates mental wellness as her experience as a mental health therapist weaves it’s way into the practice. Shannon loves to teach asana, but her true passion is to work alongside individuals on their journey to wellbeing and living a fulfilled life.
Shannon has owned Still Water Yoga & Wellness since 2016, and recently relocated to Bend, OR to run her newest location full time. You can find her teaching daily yoga practices, facilitating workshops and teacher trainings, hosting retreats around the world, teaching at yoga festivals across the U.S., and working as a mental health and Somatic Therapist with Mirror Pond Counseling. She also offers in person and virtual private yoga and wellness sessions and integrates tapping, Reiki, meditation, breathwork, and other mindfulness practices into these sessions.
